The best views of Osaka, the third largest city in Japan, are from the Floating Garden Observatory. Take the glass elevator up to the 576-feet high observatory for panoramic views of the city and port.

The Osaka Museum of History includes the excavated remains of the seventh century Naniwa Palace. Osaka Castle was built in 1586 and reconstructed in 1931. Its Tamon Tower and Otemon Gate date from the seventeenth century.

At the end of a busy day, relax in Spa World, a “super spa” that can accommodate 5,000 visitors at a time. Afterwards, go to the Namba district for the city’s best selection of bars and restaurants. Go!
