By Natasha Jervis: Nigeria is a top tourist destination with its 500 miles of coast to explore. Although many oil executives head to this spot to claim their slice of the oil in Africa, shoppers, nature lovers and adventure seekers will appreciate it much more. Visit Abuja, Nigeria’s newest capitol, and see renowned rock formations like Aso Rock and Zuma Rock. Shoppers will love a visit to Kurmi Market in Kano where they can buy loads of souvenirs and retail items. If you’re a religious person or history buff you will enjoy an educational visit to the Synagogue Church of all Nations, or the Black Heritage Museum in Lagos. Get on the dance floor in Benin City which is host to many hot nightclubs and bars, or take an adventurous horseback ride at the Obudu Cattle Ranch in Obudu. Giddy up! Go! |
