The capital city of southern Baja Sur is one of Mexico’s best places for exploring natural beauty and marine life. The Marina La Paz is great for chilling out in cafes and watching the world go by, but it’s also a five star marina with excellent facilities for boats and yachts.

The beaches are perfect for relaxing, but for the adventurous, the Sea of Cortes holds many surprises. Home to a wide variety of marine animals and plants, plus a wonderful display of ‘underwater mountains,’ the sea bed is a perfect environment for scuba diving. It’s also a good place to see various species of whales, including humpback whales and blue whales.
