Kos Airfares

The Greek island of Kos shares its name with the largest town on the island. The town of Kos has characteristic whitewashed buildings and, at the entrance to the harbour, the 14th century fortress still exists.

Hippocrates is said to have been born on Kos and taught here and a temple called the Plane Tree of Hippocrates, can be found on the island.

Kos town has a reputation for many bars, restaurants and nightclubs here and one street is even called ‘Bar Street’ – you won’t find it hard to find somewhere for a drink here!
