Hong Kong Airfares
Hong Kong
By Natasha Jervis: Seven million people, traditional Chinese culture, skyscrapers, and extraordinary views all make up the vibrant city of Hong Kong. Visitors love to take in the phenomenal views across this city, while embracing some old Chinese traditions. If you’re a shopaholic or a beach bum, it might be hard to drag yourself away from the numerous shopping possibilities and gorgeous beaches such as the two in Cheung Chau, called Tung Wan and Kwun Yam Wan. If you’re not into spending your hard earned dollars on shopping excursions, then try something active. Looking to get outdoors and hike? Get a little adventurous and head out of the city where you will find exciting trails such as ‘The Peak’ where you can take breathtaking panoramic photos. If you had a big night out on the town the night before and you have a nasty hangover, stay away from downtown. It’s always packed with people and you have to get used to people sharing your personal space. You will still enjoy the bright lights and energy of the city, but it is best to wait until the aspirin has worked to its full potential. If you worry about sunstroke, then try to visit anytime between October and April, so you can enjoy the city at a cooler time. Avoid going between May to September unless you want to be swept away by a typhoon!
