Doha Overview

The capital city of Qatar, Doha is easy to get around, thanks to the government-owned bus and taxi service. Known as Mowasalat, the taxis are called Karwa, and can be hailed on the street or booked in advance. The famous Corniche waterfront area forms a curve, sweeping around for nearly 7.5km. It’s home to many hotels, is popular with tourists, and is great place to relax and enjoy the view. The Museum of Islamic Arts can be found near here, as also can a picturesque mosque with a spinning minaret. Go!
