If you’re a hiking enthusiast, then trek the trails at Papago Park and South Mountain Park. For those fairy tale lovers out there, be sure to visit the Mystery Castle that was built back in 1945, by a father for his daughter. The tour is still led by his daughter to this day! Pay a tribute to fallen firefighters and visit the world’s largest firefighting museum, the Hall of Fame Museum of Firefighting. Take the family to the Phoenix Zoo for the day where you can trail through an African Savanna, or see Galapagos tortoises. Flora and fauna lovers will enjoy a visit to the Desert Botanical Garden or a hike up Camelback Mountain. Giddy-yup! If you’re into classical performances, then buy tickets to a ballet performance at the classy Orpheum Theatre. Artifact enthusiasts should check out 1,000 year old Native American ruins at Pueblo Grande, or Phoenix Museum of History. Hungry?
