Looking for some good old American history? Philadelphia is your place! This grand city is known as America’s birthplace and hosts the Liberty Bell, the First Supreme Court, a Presidential mansion and Ben Franklin’s House. Museums have taken the city by storm and visitors can enjoy a variety of historical art museums that display Salvador Dali’s work. Are you a history lover? Check out the Historical Society of Pennsylvania. This venue is one of the largest family history libraries in America and gives visitors the opportunity to see proof of the Declaration of Independence and the United States Constitution. If you’re looking to curb your hunger, visit recommended restaurants Susanna Foo and five star restaurant Le Bec Fin. If you want to hit the dance floor, visit Manayunk and the Center City to get your groove on. Visitors should try some exquisite French cuisine at Fountain restaurant or some yummy Chinese food at Charles Plaza. Visitors should try to go when the “Welcome America’ festival is on in late June.
