An old Lahaina Lua! This is where you will be able to enjoy a live performance of the historic hula dance, and eat some original Hawaiian cuisine, not to mention the all-you-can-drink service. Try the lava flow drink, it will charm your taste buds and cool you down. You will never see people shake their hips and their booty like they do in a hula dance.

If you are trying to avoid mobs of tourists, the Lahaina Lua might not be the event for you. Maybe the Maui Ocean Center might be more of an interest. Are you wondering if manta rays eat humans? Well you can find out at the Maui Ocean Center.

If history is your hobby, then visit Iao Valley State Park where many battles took place between Hawaiian kings. King Kamehameha reigned at the time of these battles and took over the Hawaiian islands including Maui in 1782. Don’t forget to hit the beach!
