Los Angeles is commonly called a “melting pot” due to its rich mix of people for all over the world, including many from Asia, Europe, Mexico and Central America. It’s also the movie and television capital of the world, with many historic studios, including Paramount, Universal and Warner Brothers.

Things I'll never forget about visits to LA include the panoramic view atop the Getty Center on a clear day, paying $30 for parking on Sunset Blvd and it being worth it, renting a beach cruiser on Venice Beach, being apart of a live studio audience at CBS Studios and taking a drive up PCH to Gladstone's Seafood Restaurant in Malibu.
