Brazil Airfares Brazil
By Rachel Newcombe: Brazil is the 5th largest country in the world and the largest in Latin American. This vibrant South America land is loaded with diverse geographical features, stunning wildlife and lively traditions.
The capital, Brazilia, is a busy cosmopolitan city, known for its award winning modern design. However, it still manages to retain its share of traditional customs. Agua Mineral is a popular spot for the locals go hang out and relax. One tradition that occurs in every city in Brazil is the “Carnival”, where parades, festivities, dancing and music are celebrated in dramatic fashion.
Brazil is also well known for the gigantic Amazon Rainforest that contains a wealth of natural beauty, flora and fauna, as well as being home to several indigenous tribes. Brazil has over 5,000 miles of coastline and numerous sun-drenched, gorgeous beaches. Some of the popular options include Espelho and Coruípe, which are connected by coconut groves, Baía do Sancho and Baía dos Porcos, which are popular with divers, and Praia do Leão, which is also famous for its sea turtles.
Rio de Janiero, with the epic statue of Christ the Redeemer overlooking the city from Cordova Mountain, and Sao Paola, to the south, are two of the most frequented cities in Brazil. See Brazil travel deals!
